The Cold Lake Ice Fishing Tournament is an annual fundraiser for Age Friendly Cold Lake.

At Age Friendly Cold Lake, we support seniors who may find themselves in need of assistance that cannot be found through other organizations in our community. Often, we provide services to seniors who might otherwise fall through the cracks.

Anglers participating in our annual fishing tournament are not only out on the ice competing for big prize money and exciting wildcard prizes, but they are also helping to support the many services and programs Age Friendly Cold Lake provides to seniors in Cold Lake and Wards 5 and 6 of the M.D. of Bonnyville.

We have recently added three new services to our roster: transportation to out-of-town medical appointments, light housekeeping, and a frozen meal program.

The success of our tournament is due in large part to the outstanding support we receive from the business community.

Without your generosity in providing cash contributions and fantastic prizes that our anglers love, we would not be able to accomplish this.
