Mission

We advance the well‑being and dignity of isolated and vulnerable seniors by providing meaningful connection and essential supports and services, and we strengthen caregivers through education, resources, and practical supports that sustain quality care.

Vision
We envision a community where no senior is isolated, every caregiver is supported, and both can rely on a coordinated network that strengthens well‑being and quality of life.

Age Friendly : Empowering Seniors,
Enriching Lives

At Age Friendly, we believe every senior deserves to feel seen, valued, and cared for. We walk alongside older adults, helping them remain independent while making everyday life a little easier, whether through a helping hand at home, a ride to an appointment, or simply having someone to talk to. Through our programs and Link Worker services, we connect seniors and caregivers with the support, resources, and friendships they need.

Because aging should never mean feeling alone. From shared meals and meaningful conversations to dementia support and community connections, we create spaces where seniors can feel they belong. Age Friendly is more than a service, it’s a promise that every senior matters, every story matters, and no one should have to walk this journey alone.
We acknowledge that we are on Treaty 6 Territory; the traditional and ancestral lands of the Cree, Denesuline, and homeland of the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region

We acknowledge the many First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples whose footsteps have marked these lands for generations, including where we live, work, and play today.

We recognize that all Albertans are Treaty people and have a responsibility to understand our history as we journey towards reconciliation.
